Applications are invited for the post of Senior Demonstrator/Lecturer working 50% of full time in Chemical Sciences in the School of Chemical Sciences and Pharmacy, starting on 22nd September 2008 or as soon as possible thereafter for a fixed term period of 14 months. The postholder will be responsible for giving undergraduate lectures, leading workshops and tutorials, demonstrating in laboratory sessions and marking lab reports, and other associated teaching.
You must hold a PhD in Organic Chemistry, with postdoctoral research experience in a relevant field of chemistry, and be able to demonstrate good communication and inter-personal skills commensurate with the delivery of high quality undergraduate teaching.
