The Molecular Materials Research Group at Madeira Island, Portugal, is searching for Post-doc candidates with a strong research training and experience in molecular materials, namely in synthetic organic chemistry directed towards the design of novel compounds for molecular electronics or in the field of new generation of metallorganic solar cells. Candidates with experience in the synthesis and characterization of metallodendrimers or molecular wires are welcomed.
Profile Ideal candidates must have:
• A Ph. D. obtained no more than two years ago.
• Solid experience in synthetic organic/organometallic chemistry.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
